Update of Services, Office Hours, and Change in Fee Structure

Hello everyone,

As you know, we plan on opening a physical office in July. As a result, we will need to increase our fees to help cover the new office space's rent. Please find below the changes to our fees from April 2024:

• Online Therapy - 8,000 to 9,000 (+tax)

• Special Education Assistance - 6,000 to 7,000 (+tax)

• Couples & Family Counseling - No change to fee

• (From July) In-Person Therapy - 11,000 (+tax)

• (From July) Counselor Supervision (Group Online) - 6,000

• (From July) Counselor Supervision (Individual) - 9,000 (+tax)

• (From July) Seminars and Training for School Counselors - Fee Dependent on Training

• (From July) Consultation for School Counseling Services - Fee-Dependent

For our current clients: We recognize that you have been with us at the present fees for online therapy, and as such, we will not increase the fees for current clients until October 2024. This includes clients who join us before the end of March.

From July our office hours will also change:

Session Time: 50 minutes

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 9 am-4 pm (Office) 9 am-4 pm, 8:30 pm-10:30 pm (Online)

Wednesday: 9 am - 10 pm (Office & Online)

Friday: 9 am- 4 pm (Office and Online)

Saturday & Sunday: 9 am - 3 pm (Office and Online)
