​Overview / 概要

Our clinic offers psychojudicial support—psychological assistance and documentation that help bridge mental health, law, and social welfare.
While we are a non-medical facility, our qualified counselors and psychologists aim to provide trauma-informed, evidence-guided support, and we work together with legal, educational, and community systems when appropriate to help promote fairness, safety, and psychological well-being.

当カウンセリングルームでは、法的・社会的支援と心理的支援をつなぐ目的で、法心理支援に関するサポートを行っています。
医療機関ではありませんが、公認心理師や臨床心理士等の有資格カウンセラーが、トラウマインフォームドの考え方に基づく支援を行い、必要に応じて法務・教育・地域支援機関と協働しながら、公正さ・安全・心理的健康の向上に寄与することを目指します。

すべての報告書は、医療診断ではなく、心理的評価およびカウンセリング観察に基づいて作成されます。
第三者への情報提供は、本人の書面同意に基づき、日本の個人情報保護法および必要に応じて米国の基準に従って行われます。
中立性・守秘義務・心理学的根拠に基づく対応に努めています。

This clinic is a non-medical mental health counseling facility. We do not provide psychiatric diagnoses, prescribe medication, or issue medical certificates. All evaluations and reports are psychological in nature and based on counseling sessions. These documents may be used to support legal, administrative, or insurance processes depending on the receiving agency’s discretion, but they do not replace a medical diagnosis. Confidentiality is maintained according to Japanese and U.S. privacy regulations.
