Our fees reflect the understanding that counseling should be accessible to everyone. In addition, we offer a sliding-scale fee for low-income individuals.
Non-Insured Clients:
Below are our prices for clients who cannot pay via insurance (Note that we cannot accept Japanese Health Insurance at present).
Insured Clients:
For clients with insurance that recognizes our team's credentials (for example, TRICARE), we have a set fee of $200 per session (or equivalent in Euro/JPY) for all services outside psychometric testing and psychojudicial services. Please note that for clients who will make a partial payment, don't hesitate to get in touch with us directly or discuss the price during the initial consultation.

Sliding Scale Fee
We offer a sliding scale individualized based on family/ household income with a monthly income of under 200,000 yen. Please note that the sliding scale applies only to clients who pay out-of-pocket. We charge the regular fee for clients whose cost is covered by a third party (insurance company, EAP, etc.).
How do I get started?

Suppose you wish to qualify for a sliding scale fee. In that case, you must show proof of gross annual income for all immediate family members living in your household before your initial appointment.

Before taxes, gross income is all income from all resources (housing allowances, savings, offshore funds, trust funds, benefits, etc.).
