What is the Conners 4 ADHD Test?
The Conners 4 is a well-respected questionnaire used by psychologists to help understand a child’s behavior, especially when there are concerns about attention, hyperactivity, impulsivity, or emotional regulation. What is the CAARS ADHD Test?
The CAARS, or Conners' Adult ADHD Rating Scales, is a questionnaire used to help identify signs of ADHD in adults and older adolescents. It looks at things like attention difficulties, restlessness, impulsivity, and emotional regulation.

The person taking the test answers questions about their thoughts, behaviors, and day-to-day functioning. Sometimes, someone close to them—like a partner, parent, or teacher—also fills out a version to give another perspective.

The CAARS helps professionals understand whether the challenges a person is facing might be related to ADHD or something else. It’s often used as part of a broader evaluation that includes interviews, history-taking, and other tools. The goal is to better understand the person’s needs and how to support them effectively.
