We are letting you know that we are updating our payment provider to make credit card payments more manageable. We will be moving away from PAYPAL to Square.
From April, you will see new invoices from our clinic reflecting that. Please be patient as we get used to this new system.
There are several advantages:
The first is that the 4% credit card surcharge will be reduced to 3.25, which will be reflected on your invoice for those of you planning to continue to pay by credit card.
For in-person visits, payment by credit card or Quick Pay methods (including PASSMO and Suica) will be available as we complete our application to the groups. We will also be taking cash payments. Please note that, given the application process, we may not be able to immediately have Quick Pay available when our office opens in May.
Please note that cash and bank transfer payments will remain the same and will continue not to incur a surcharge.
